Comfortable stay, but noisy nights

The room was spacious and well-furnished for a family of four. It felt like home, and the breakfast variety added a nice touch to our mornings.

Unfortunately, our peace was disrupted by a loud neighbor. Despite the staff's kind efforts, the noise levels made it hard to relax after a long day.

The hotel had green chili chicken stew available for guests in the dining area from 5pm to 7pm, which was delicious and a great amenity.

great central spot for city walks and nearby attractions

the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the easy access to the white rock visitors center just a few steps away for outdoor exploring and the vibrant attractions of bandelier national monument only a short drive down the road.

the shower pressure was low. but the breakfast had a great selection of hot options. the staff were really friendly and attentive. loved the scenic drive to bandelier national monument.

We had a fantastic stay with our 4 kids, enjoying the spacious room and the delicious breakfast variety each morning. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Bandelier, allowing us to make the most of our time exploring the beautiful trails.

My wife says that the noise from neighbors was distracting.

I stayed in the King Room, and it was clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. The shower head could use an upgrade though. it wasn't great. Also, the pillows went flat in no time, which was a bit annoying. But, it had everything I needed for a short stay near Bandelier.

The staff were so welcoming and really went out of their way to assist us. The laundry facilities were convenient for our needs. Breakfast had a great variety, offering more than just carbs and sugar, which I really appreciated.

The room could benefit from a deeper cleaning of the air vents as they felt a bit dusty.

The breakfast spread had an impressive variety, including Canadian bacon, fresh waffles topped with banana and blueberry sauce, and a selection of muffins and oatmeal. Access to a fitness room and a sauna, open 24 hours, made it easy to stay active and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The heater vent had a layer of dust which made it smell a bit burnt, a bit unsettling during my stay. The television refused to turn on, which dampened my ability to relax after a long day, and I encountered a significant delay during check-in, having to wait about 20 minutes for someone to get to the front.

Good breakfast and convenient 24-hour reception. Showers need improvement, very low pressure.
